With a passion for the outdoors combined with his entrepreneurial mindset, Joel has fitted into the team by managing the Macadamia Co-Operative Commercial setup.

Having worked as CFO / COO in a large service orientated industry, he brings on board much needed experience in implementing systems and procedures for the Mac Co Op, to ensure the transparent management of members interests.

Joel has land on Fairview Estates, and intends on building his dream farm so he can bring up his “free range” children in a spacious and safe community environment.
